INVESTMENT IN NEW OXYGEN SERVICE FACILITIES

AMPO POYAM VALVES has recently invested in new oxygen service clean room facilities at its main headquarters in Spain. This new facility will be fully operational in a few weeks and will assure the cleanliness at every manufacturing step of oxygen service valves.

Our new ISO 7 clean room for oxygen service valves has been built in accordance to ISO 14644 standard and the layout of the room consists of an entrance and a changing room, a dark room, a valve assembly area and finally a testing and packing area.

The successful design, development and operation of high-pressure oxygen valves require special knowledge and understanding of material properties, design, ignition mechanisms, and manufacturing and operational processes, and our valves are designed and manufactured in AMPO POYAM VALVES without any ignition hazards.
