AMPO POYAM VALVES WILL SUPPLY A SERIES OF 2500# CRYOGENIC VALVES FOR A NORWEGIAN LNG CARRIER

Currently hundreds of thousands of AMPO valves are installed in the complete LNG and LPG worldwide chain and shortly more highly engineered cryogenic valves will be installed in this worldwide gas supply chain. Specifically, in the Norwegian KNUTSEN OAS SHIPPING’s new LNG Carrier, which is being built by Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea.  

Hyundai Heavy Industries and Knutsen OAS South Korea have trusted in AMPO POYAM VALVES for the design and manufacture of a series of 2500# cryogenic ball valves, which will be installed in the Liquified Natural Gas pipelines of the vessel for LNG fuel input.

The vessel includes diesel/gas injection engines (ME-GI technology) and that is why higher-class valves were required.
