R&D PROJECTS: CONAN AND ACTIVE

CONAN PROJECT

AMPO S.COOP. has received a grant for its Research and Development project entitled “SMART INSPECTION FOR ADVANCED ZERO-DEFECT MANUFACTURING”. This aid has been financed by Basque Government’s “Hazitek” program.

The main objective of this project is to develop a new quality control integrated solution to improve efficiency and product competitiveness. The project is framed within the Zero Defects philosophy and it is focused on the optimization of manufacturing processes through two performance levels on a key process of the manufacturing line:

• Level 1 (Smart) – Identification and improvement of key manufacturing processes through the implementation of advanced simulation models.
• Level 2 (Acquisition) – Manufacturing process monitoring through NDT techniques implementation.

ACTIVE PROJECT

AMPO S.COOP. has received a grant for its Research and Development project entitled “RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW GENERATION FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH A CHANGING ENVIRONMENT”. This aid has been financed by Basque Government’s “Hazitek” program.

The ACTIVE project is based on a multisectoral consortium that is facing the objective to develop a new generation of functional products that are capable of interacting with their environment. To this purpose, the project is researching innovative surface treatment technologies to provide this new generation of products with the necessary components to enable them to interact with the environment and enable their surfaces to respond properly.
