LAST OUTSTANDING VALVE DELIVERIES FOR DANGOTE REFINERY IN NIGERIA

AMPO POYAM VALVES has completed the last valves deliveries for Dangote oil refinery, an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex under construction in the Lekki Free Zone near Lagos, Nigeria. The company is supplying in total 900 highly engineered MOV gate valves to Dangote for this new complex, which is expected to be the Africa’s biggest oil refinery and the world’s biggest single-train facility.

 Some of the valves developed and delivered for this project have been high pressure gate valves as well as large sized valves, and all of them will be controlled through Master Stations, which are also being supplied by AMPO POYAM VALVES.

This week for example an electric actuated 36” and 2500 lbs pressure seal design gate valve has been dispatched from our premises in Idiazabal (Gipuzkoa, Spain). An outstanding valve that will help us strength our presence in Africa.
