WE HAVE RECEIVED THE VISIT OF DIFFERENT STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL COLLEGES

On October 19 we received the visit of different Technical Colleges’ students at AMPO.

On the one hand, the visit of a group of 13 students who are studying an Advanced Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Design at the Bidasoa Technical College of Irun, and on the other hand, the visit of approximately 40 students who are studying Machining in the Technical Colleges of Tolosa and Hazparne.

The first group had the opportunity to see up close the technologies, tools, processes, etc. of our foundrys’ engineering team, and the students of the second group had the chance to visit our brand new machining workshop, as well as our foundry and valves divisions.

The main objetive of these visits was to show the students the practical application that their studies may have, and also to show our cooperative.

AMPO has been receiving different schools’, technical colleges’, universities’, etc. visits for many years because we believe that education is one of the main factors that most influences people and societies’ progress.
