AMPO POYAM VALVES has successfully designed and supplied several 30” high temperature (752ºF) metal seated ball valves for the utilities and sulphur facilities of the Jafurah gas field in Saudi Arabia.
These valves will play a critical role in the utilities and interconnecting facilities of the Jafurah gas field, a development that will process up to 1.1 billion cubic feet per day (Bcfd) of unconventional (shale) raw gas from nearby areas. This gas field will produce sales gas, ethane, natural gas liquids and condensate, marking a significant step in Aramco’s long-term strategy to boost its unconventional gas production to 3 bcfd during the next decade.
