AMPO POYAM VALVES has achieved a remarkable milestone by delivering the world’s largest cryogenic ball valves for Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project: 60” cryogenic ball valves. Cheniere’s Corpus Christi Liquefaction facility (CCL), located in Texas, USA, has three fully operational liquefaction units and each train has been designed to produce approximately 5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG.

AMPO has supplied since 2012 more than 16,000 highly engineered valves for Cheniere’s Corpus Christi LNG project ranging from ½ to 60” sizes, including cryogenic, non-cryogenic, high temperature metal seated ball valves and up to 42” HIPPS valves achieving a perfect isolation in less than 2 seconds, demonstrating AMPO’s ability to face the most demanding service requirements.
