DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ORGANIZATIONAL AND CULTURAL MODEL IN AMPO

AMPO S. COOP. has received a grant for the project entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ORGANIZATIONAL AND CULTURAL MODEL IN AMPO”. This aid has been given by the Economic Development, The Rural Environment and Territorial Balance Deparment of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa in the framemark of the program whose aim is to promote the participation of employees and participative companies in Gipuzkoa in 2017.

The objetive of the project is to develop a new organizational model that promotes the creation of intermediate positions with greater decision-making capacity, providing greater Independence to workers and involving AMPO with its environment in order to contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions.
