{"id":8888,"date":"2019-06-13T11:28:40","date_gmt":"2019-06-13T10:28:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ampo.com\/es\/?p=8888"},"modified":"2019-06-13T11:28:40","modified_gmt":"2019-06-13T10:28:40","slug":"primer-cargamento-de-gnl-enviado-desde-prelude-flng-la-instalacion-maritima-mas-grande-del-mundo-propiedad-de-shell","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/www.ampo.com\/es\/noticias\/primer-cargamento-de-gnl-enviado-desde-prelude-flng-la-instalacion-maritima-mas-grande-del-mundo-propiedad-de-shell\/","title":{"rendered":"PRIMER CARGAMENTO DE GNL ENVIADO DESDE PRELUDE FLNG, LA INSTALACI\u00d3N MAR\u00cdTIMA M\u00c1S GRANDE DEL MUNDO, PROPIEDAD DE SHELL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SHELL ha realizado esta semana el primer env\u00edo de GNL desde sus instalaciones de gas natural licuado flotante Prelude (FLNG), ubicadas actualmente en aguas australianas, donde est\u00e1n instaladas m\u00e1s de 2000 v\u00e1lvulas de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico de AMPO POYAM VALVES. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El GNL se carg\u00f3 en el tanque Valencia Knutsen, con direcci\u00f3n a Asia.<\/p>\n<p>AMPO POYAM VALVES suministr\u00f3 para esta innovadora instalaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima m\u00e1s de 2000 v\u00e1lvulas de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico, entre las cuales hab\u00eda diversas v\u00e1lvulas de bola criog\u00e9nicas, v\u00e1lvulas de bola metal-metal, v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta pressure seal y tambi\u00e9n v\u00e1lvulas de retenci\u00f3n.\u00a0 El rango de tama\u00f1o de las v\u00e1lvulas oscil\u00f3 hasta 24\u201d y todas ellas cumplieron con exigentes requisitos en t\u00e9rminos de materiales y dise\u00f1o. Shell requiri\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que algunas v\u00e1lvulas cumplieran con temperaturas de dise\u00f1o de -196\u00baC a 300\u00baC. Como consiguiente se realizaron diversos ensayos denominados como TAT para garantizar que todas las v\u00e1lvulas cumpl\u00edan con las especificaciones de dise\u00f1o y que garantizaban una total fiabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Prelude FLNG fue construido por el consorcio Technip Samsung en el astillero de Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) en Geoje, Corea del Sur. Desde el inicio de la fase de construcci\u00f3n hasta la puesta en marcha de la instalaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima, AMPO POYAM VALVES ha prestado sus servicios mediante el asesoramiento y la ayuda de varios expertos de AMPO SERVICE.<\/p>\n<p>Prelude FLNG es una instalaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima offshore ubicada a 475 kil\u00f3metros de Australia Occidental y su extensi\u00f3n es comparable a la de cuatro campos de f\u00fatbol contiguos. Aqu\u00ed se producir\u00e1n 3,6 millones de toneladas de GNL, 1,3 millones de toneladas de condensado y 400.000 toneladas de petr\u00f3leo licuado al a\u00f1o, con una capacidad de contener la misma cantidad de l\u00edquido que contienen 175 piscinas ol\u00edmpicas.<\/p>\n<p>El FLNG es actualmente operado por Shell en una joint Venture junto con INPEX, KOGAS y OPIC.<\/p>\n<p>Desde aqu\u00ed nos gustar\u00eda felicitar a SHELL, al consorcio Technip Samsung, SHI, INPEX, KOGAS, OPIC y a todos los equipos involucrados en este proyecto, ya que han cumplido con un hito realmente importante para la historia.
