Saudi Aramco es la compa\u00f1\u00eda propietaria y usuario final de este yacimiento y adjudic\u00f3 el contrato EPC para el desarrollo de este proyecto a la ingenier\u00eda Saipem\/Snamprogetti Saudi Arabia Ltd.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">AMPO POYAM VALVES ha dise\u00f1ado y fabricado diversas v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta y retenci\u00f3n (swing check) de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico para este proyecto, entre las cuales caben destacar las v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta de 56\u201d y 48\u201d y 900 lbs con recubrimientos por soldadura en Inconel 625 en todas sus superficies h\u00famedas. Las operaciones de revestimiento por soldadura se realizaron \u00edntegramente en nuestras instalaciones de mecanizado en Idiazabal, utilizando robots y c\u00e9lulas de alto nivel de automatizaci\u00f3n. El proceso de revestimiento de la v\u00e1lvula de compuerta de 56\u201d requiri\u00f3 aproximadamente 12 semanas de producci\u00f3n ininterrumpida y ha proporcionado cualidades anticorrosivas y de resistencia al desgaste, anticoquizaci\u00f3n, resistencia al polvo met\u00e1lico, etc. a las \u00e1res de sellado y contacto de las v\u00e1lvulas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ha sido nuestro profundo conocimiento de las especificaciones del cliente y nuestra amplia experiencia con Aramco y Saipem lo que les hizo confiar la adjudicaci\u00f3n de este importante contrato a AMPO POYAM VALVES.
