El proyecto requer\u00eda v\u00e1lvulas subsea de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico, capaces de operar de manera fiable en condiciones exigentes, cumpliendo los est\u00e1ndares de dise\u00f1o API 6DSS y asegurando una vida \u00fatil de dise\u00f1o de 50 a\u00f1os. Las v\u00e1lvulas deb\u00edan ofrecer operaci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica y manual, con m\u00e1xima fiabilidad y resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>SOLUCI\u00d3N:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1433\">AMPO POYAM VALVES suministr\u00f3 un total de cuatro v\u00e1lvulas subsea de 12\u201d y 1500#: dos v\u00e1lvulas de bola top entry accionadas hidr\u00e1ulicamente (RTJ), una v\u00e1lvula de bola top entry manual (RTJ) y una v\u00e1lvula de retenci\u00f3n\u00a0 manual (RTJ). Todas las v\u00e1lvulas estaban equipadas con actuadores hidr\u00e1ulicos compactos. Las v\u00e1lvulas se dise\u00f1aron en configuraci\u00f3n SPE\/DPE y se recubrieron internamente con recubrimientos\u00a0de soldadura Alloy 625 para garantizar una alta durabilidad y resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1765\">Las v\u00e1lvulas cumplieron plenamente con todas las especificaciones del proyecto, asegurando un funcionamiento fiable.
