Las v\u00e1lvulas subsea requeridas para este desarrollo deb\u00edan garantizar la m\u00e1xima fiabilidad y estanqueidad en condiciones extremas. Aramco y NPCC necesitaban v\u00e1lvulas de retenci\u00f3n subsea de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico, capaces de soportar un entorno operativo exigente, cumpliendo con los requisitos de dise\u00f1o API 6DSS y alcanzando una vida \u00fatil de dise\u00f1o de 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<h3>SOLUCI\u00d3N:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1377\">AMPO POYAM VALVES suministr\u00f3 varias v\u00e1lvulas de retenci\u00f3n subsea de 10\u201d y 1500#, todas ellas accionadas mediante reductor y equipadas con una interfaz Clase 4 conforme a la norma ISO 13628-8. Las v\u00e1lvulas estaban revestidas internamente con recubrimientos de soldadura Alloy 625, proporcionando una resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n excepcional y una elevada durabilidad en servicios submarinos de larga duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1789\">Estas v\u00e1lvulas de retenci\u00f3n subsea cumplieron plenamente con todos los requisitos del proyecto, garantizando una funci\u00f3n antirretorno fiable y un rendimiento robusto en las instalaciones upstream de Aramco.
