El proyecto revaloriza la planta, dise\u00f1ada para eliminar sulfuro de combustibles f\u00f3siles, como una instalaci\u00f3n nueva capaz de producir di\u00e9sel sostenible (hidrobiodi\u00e9sel) usando aceite vegetal, residuos vegetales o grasas de origen animal no destinadas al consumo humano. Ello ha constituido un hito importante hacia un modelo energ\u00e9tico m\u00e1s sostenible, as\u00ed como para promover la econom\u00eda circular, hito desarrollado en tiempo r\u00e9cord gracias a un proceso innovador gestionado por CEPSA. En 2022 la empresa pidi\u00f3 a AMPO que le suministrara, en 16-18 semanas, 15 v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta con dise\u00f1o pressure seal en Inconel 625 y WC6, para una parada planificada en el Parque Energ\u00e9tico La R\u00e1bida.<\/p>\n<h3>SOLUCI\u00d3N:<\/h3>\n<p>AMPO POYAM VALVES pudo fabricar y entregar esas v\u00e1lvulas especiales y de alto valor tecnol\u00f3gico en tan solo 16 semanas, gracias a que nuestra fundici\u00f3n y nuestra planta de mecanizado de vanguardia est\u00e1n totalmente alineados con nuestros procesos productivos y a que contamos con una s\u00f3lida red de proveedores cercana a nuestra planta productiva.<\/p>\n<p>AMPO POYAM VALVES est\u00e1 considerado como uno de los principales fabricantes mundiales de v\u00e1lvulas de alta presi\u00f3n y el rango de presi\u00f3n de dichas v\u00e1lvulas de dise\u00f1o pressure seal alcanz\u00f3 hasta 1.500#.<\/p>\n<p>AMPO POYAM VALVES es proveedor homologado de CEPSA, que confi\u00f3 en AMPO para este proyecto por su flexibilidad, experiencia, calidad y capacidad de respuesta.
